Security is central to how we build and operate FiarTech. Because our software runs regulated insurance operations, we design for confidentiality, integrity and availability from the ground up. This page summarises our approach.
Our approach
- Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
- Access control. Role-based access with least-privilege principles governs who can view and change data.
- Audit trails. Actions are logged to support traceability, investigation and compliance.
- Data residency. Deployments can be hosted in the cloud or on-premise so you can meet local data-residency requirements.
- Resilience. We design for high availability, with backups and recovery procedures.
- Secure development. Security is considered throughout our development lifecycle, including code review and testing.
Shared responsibility
Security is a partnership. We secure our platform and services; customers are responsible for managing their users, access rights and configuration within their environment. Specific responsibilities are set out in your agreement with us.
Reporting a vulnerability
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or products, please email connect@fiartech.com with details so we can investigate. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before any public disclosure, and do not access or modify data that is not yours.
